Hello Explore Trip folks, I just paid for a series of flights on March 14 fr Madison, WI to Kathmandu on Etihad Airways. However, the first flight from Madison on Etihad does not appear to exist. Etihad Air does not fly out of Madison. The flight is listed as EY 3269 leaving at 10:07 am to O'hare Chicago. Could you please explain this problem and hopefully fix it up soon? My son got a confirmation letter for reservation of ticket from you but one day later he alsp got letter that reservation was cancelled because the verification of card payment was failed. so my son's round ticket resevation was cancelled but My money(1405.22 dollars) was already withdrawn by your company from my Bank account in South Korea( KEB HANA Mastercard check card. ) What should I do for being refunded my money? So explore trip spelled my middle name wrong on my ticket so now it doesn't match my passport and they're claiming that are not able to change it. Then they offered to refund my money and gave me rebook it but it would take 4 days for the money to be put back in my account and my trip is on 8 days so that's not going to work. Was anyone able to solve this issue? Will I still be able to fly? It's only one letter missing in my middle name.
