Has anyone ever got an email from a job they applied to on there saying they got the job? I did, but I just want to make sure that got the part.

I'm new to this but i would like to know should i sign up for like explore talent , backstage or any other website and that requires a monthly fee?
Do they have horror movie roles and female singer that are the age 13 or older
need to be able to sign in. Don't know the problem. I cannot sign in even though your agent who called said I had the right sign up information.
