I use the economic calendar every day.
I have a rule. At the very beginning of the trading day I check the calendar and study the economic events that should happen during the day.
I think everybody knows that some events can greatly influence prices of financial instruments.
Therefore, when I know what time any event will happen, I prepare myself for it.
