I don't know for sure, but they certainly shared my info with malicious robocalling scammers that bugged the ever living crap out of me. They do share quotes but it wasn't helpful to my use case.

They are a referal company, not an insurance company. You get nothing from them on line. No estimates, no ball park figures. They take your info and sell it to insurance companies.
