Hello. Because we are a public records provider, I would not recommend our services to screen tenants. In fact, we state in our Terms/Legal page that we prohibit clients from using our services for tenant or employment screening. Sometimes there are inaccuracies in public data and it's best to not use public data for making these kinds of decisions. You will be better served by a tenant screening service that uses credit data/non-public data to screen your tenants. I recommend reviewing the FCRA guidelines on data use. I hope this was helpful.
