So i got a 3200mah power bank case compatible with s5. for my atat samsung s5 phone awhile back when i opened the case out the box i used my own charger i got from my s5 to see if it would charger at first it looked like it was charging but then after 4hours it was stuck on the same bar one blinking blue so i unpluged it. it never got hot and so i waited to try agian and it was refusing my cord so i tryed another but it just dont work so now i dont know what to do i tryrd to contact some one in the department put it stays going to the answering mechanie. i still got the devise and i would like to know how can i get a replacement from mindy stinson

3200mAh power ban cant charge galaxy s5 fully because you got to take in to account that it has 2600mAh battery and if it is on while charging than it consumes battery so it takes biger powerbank to charge it full. As for shoping on everbuying nothing is fake everything that says that is original is original and everything th t says it's a copy is a copy and there are chinese firms that are cheap to buy and cheap made my 20000mAh power bank made by WAN YOU did fill my S4 like 3 times or maybe four in one charge but now after few monts ony one usb port works and cable died
