on 6/29/16Yes, at the end they sent an email saying I have to pickup tickets at the theater office one hour before the concert, I got a completely different place I bought and I paid $332 for a $120 tickets.
There are hundreds of documented complaints about this company, but this one is actually pretty rare. The company does seem to live up to its basic guarantee to deliver genuine tickets before the date of the event. If it does not, by all means, please report that fact to the Better Business Bureau and to your bank. The charges should be reported as fraudulent.
Yes I am having this issue right now. I was promised digital delivery of my tickets and still don't have them. This company cannot be trusted.
