Question:

They are listed undere esurranty.com and esurranty.net....is the one site a scam?

Answer:

No. esurranty.net was developed after a person not affiliated with the esurranty company attempted to register the domain. It was originally used only for esurance customers when esurranty had a contract with them. When esurranty cancelled that contract they kept the site operational to serve the leftover customers that didn't switch their accounts to esurranty.com.

Question:

I purchased an iphone 7 plus about 2.5 weeks ago. i read online that esurranty offers a 3 year product protection plan for about $200 that also covers loss/theft and assorted damages. is this the most cost effective plan?

Answer:

The policy page for that device is here: https://www.esurranty.com/iphone-7-plus-insurance/ and yes our policy covers loss and theft. In regards to being cost effective, we advise that a 2 year plan is usually more cost effective as the price generally go down for the coverage after the 2nd year.

Question:

I have returned the purchase of the esurranty insurance with in one month but i am still waiting for the refund almost after 2 months. i really need some help on this. its a hard earned money and i can't let that money simply go away. i have mailed 5-7 times, received response 2 times but no action on refund.

Answer:

Thank you for contacting us. A policy under your name is listed as refunded in our system. In looking at the claim notes it shows that you were informed 03/13/2017 that the credit was returned to us so we resent it to your bank.
