I've followed all the procedures. How can I get a reply to my email or service ticket. All I want is a simple update.

I purchased an iPhone 7 plus about 2.5 weeks ago. I read online that Esurranty offers a 3 year product protection plan for about $200 that also covers loss/theft and assorted damages. Is this the most cost effective plan?
I have returned the purchase of the eSurranty insurance with in one month but I am still waiting for the refund almost after 2 months. I really need some help on this. Its a hard earned money and I can't let that money simply go away. I have mailed 5-7 times, received response 2 times but no action on refund.

If you have a yearly prepaid plan, then it is covered under your policy with us. If you chose the monthly payment option, the coverage will not cover it as coverage for monthly payment plans does not start until the 30th day after the policy is initiated.
