I have claimed my lost phone three weeks earlier when an agent named sean henson sent me a few forms and deducted 269$ saying that i would have a new phone within 3-5 business working days. From that day i stopped receiving proper communication from the agent. And for the complete last week he has not replied me at all. I dont understand what sort of an insurance company does not have a claims department phone number.
I would like you to take serious action against this or I might have to report it as a fraud as I am not being replied or addressed to properly.

I am sorry you are having an issue with your claim. You can contact the claims departments general mailbox at and your concern will be forwarded to the claims department manager. Our claims department does not have a direct number but each claims representative has their own extension. They can choose to give that to customers, but they are not required to as it is the policy of our claims department and underwriting to converse with customers by email as it is more efficient. As I can not look at an open claim I can not give you any information about your claim. I can tell you from the past claims I have seen when there is a delay it is usually that the customer did not send in the proper documentation or there is an issue involving fraud. I am not saying that this is the case with you, but I am telling you what I have seen in the past as we have hundreds of claims per day and our claim completion/payout rate is over 93% which is 20% higher than the industry average.

Stay away from Essuranty. They are a ripoff. They have had my phone for over 2 months and will not return it. Angelo is the guy that I am been working work. I have filed a complaint with the state insurance commissioner. Hope that they will shut these guys down. Read the other bad reviews with at BBB, Yelp and other locations.

I have mailed 5-7 times, received response 2 times but no action on refund. 2 days ago I moved my iphone 6+ FROM Verizon TO Community Cellular (The AARP affiliated cell phone carrier). Asurion is still my insurance carrier. How can I switch coverage from Asurion to eSURRANTY? O have proof of coverage with today's date from Asurion. I filed a loss device and it is over 3 weeks and still I didn't get my device from esurranty. For the past week, I have been requesting for update everyday - no one responses back. I expected esurranty is supposed to get me a new in a week. What should I do? I have been waiting for my phone to be repaired for 2 months now. I called an apple store in both Modesto, Ca and Sacramento, Ca and they both said they had never heard of esurranty insurance. I explained I paid for the phone to be fixed upfront and esurranty insurance reimbursed me. They both said to beware
