It helped me a lot, directly... FIrst of all, I want to say that there are different packages out there, and if you r not sure, always good to start from the basic one, that is what I did. IN the package there is coverage of basic strategies... they were quite interesting, though there were alredy known to me, also I liked section on risk maangement. After the basic one, I went to a premium one.
In that package there is deeper dive into TA and FA, new concepts I met at this stage. Then, with the pacjage you will be guided to develop and test your own trading method. It is not just some copy-past of an already known and availale method out there, but real practical development. I cant say what method I managed to build, but it revolves around the TA aspects like patterns and trends as well as the application of fundemental aspects.

I am quite thrilled about the more advanced package now - Elite... I will be taking it soon. So, I adivice you to check, just start from the basic and proceed further.
