is it possible to track an Android phone, without knowing it's make/model, monitoring from an iPhone 6?

Answer:
You need to install the app on the target phone, so you can check the model (Android version), but if you can install it, then yes. You can check logs from an iPhone, but there could be an issue to listen to call recordings because of iTune (usually they recommend to listen them using VLC player)
