How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Duoserve?

I was unable to contact them through the website in September 2020 because of the company's flawed security. In other words, anything you share with them through the website is likely to be revealed to bad actors. Decided it is not worth it. It also suggests to me that the company is inattentive to basic security concerns and probably won't be responsible about protecting customer data.
