I been personally victimized by these scammers. They take 2 charges off your card. 1 for $19.99 & another for $2.99 which they claim is a process fee. If you contact them complaining about the manual that you didn't want & demand your money back they try to tell you that you will get the $19.99 back but not the $2.99 processing fee. You have to keep complaining to get a full refund. I cancelled out my credit card out of fear these scammers will use it later making small purchases slowly. These scammers have mulitple dummy accounts set up all around the country. Examples are Yamazaki Media LLC in Portland Oregon, Cambridge Media Services in Winston Salem North Carolina, Eagle Media in Cincinnati Ohio to name a few & all registered to a mail boxes etc. type of mail depot. These crooks are circumventing rules & laws to avoid criminal liabilty & would probably take thousands of people to complain to get some kind of action taken on these scammers.
