Is drivereasy less popular than driver magican? pcmag did a review of drivermagican,but not drivereasy.

Similarly, it it PCMag's (Germany) decision which software to have cooperation with. But to make a conclusion based on one single review alone is too risky, since there could be so many factors contributing to the review made, and we believe you agree on this too. Plus, there are tons of other ways of showing endorsement of a certain software. Hence, it is recommended that you check more reviews on both Driver Easy and the other driver updater you mentioned on some sites, and then decide which one to use eventually. No pressure here, just a minor suggestion to prevent you from making a wrong choice. The ratings on websites such as CNET, for example, and the ranking on Alexa is a good starter. I am considering getting pro version of drivereasy. but first i need a phone number, email address and contact of someone (csr, or big kahuina of the company) who will be prompt and not dodgy about giving refund if software does not solve my problem as advertised. so the answer you give me will decide whether i buy or not

Hi, Shaw. Please be assure that we are running a legitimate business, and the 30-day refund guarantee is valid in our company. The problem that Josher had was because of our fault that we didn't send him an informing email telling him that the refund process was fulfilled in Jan. 29 and it would take about 7 working days for the money to be refunded to his account. So the problem lied in that there was not enough communication between us.
