I purchased a dress online and when it arrived, it did not fit correctly. I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund. They then started a negotiation on how much they would offer as my refund. It started low and then slowly went up, but ultimately they are refusing to give me my full refund. I would not recommend this company!

I ordered it from Mexico and it arrived at the appointed time. Everything I ordered came in perfect conditions. The quality of the dress was impecable, and the price was also amazing. Here in Mexico you can´t get a deal of this sorts while trying to buy a dress as fine as the one I bought in dresswe; you have to pay more than triple the cost. I not only recommend this store but will continue to purchase in it. Great site!

I ordered a pair of sandals two months ago and i haven't received them. I've emailed the company three times to cancel my order and to refund me my money and I haven't got a response.

Initially introduced to dresswe by a close friend of mine, I have grown fond of this place. I am not a person that is easily pleased, but thanks to the massive selection available here I always manage to find something for me. When I dont, customer support is always there ready to assist me.Not only that, but shipping is very fast. This dress arrived a lot sooner than I anticipated and was glad to get it early as I had time to try it on. Great site!

It was my first time ordering from this site, and I have to say I am impressed. My friend recommended it to me saying the button-down shirts were well made and made him look "fancy". He is always looking sharp, so of course I believed him. It might seem a little expensive, but they are definitely worth it. My shirt arrived just in time for a ceremony I had to attend. I received many compliments on how well my outfit looked. I felt full of confidence, and really enjoyed that evening.

It's really great to see such a collection of elegant dresses here. I was looking for a gorgeous evening dress which will suit in Winter also. I ordered this dress for prom, and it came very quickly, so I did not have to worry about that. It is a bit small for me, but not enough to make it uncomfortable to wear. All the embellishments look wonderful apart from a couple of loose threads, which aren't really visible and can be easily fixed. As for the colour, I ordered this dress in navy and I didn't regret it - it looks exactly like in the pictures. Thank you, Dresswe!

The clothes doesn't fit and take a long time to email you. When they received it they got the nerve to said their a smell and not give the money back. I brought it for an event. Please stay away from this website,

I was really nervous before making an order, not knowing what to expect. Especially having to purchase it in a larger size (22). I choose the colour white. Wonderful! Very beautiful. The dress is really well made. Exactly the same as buying a dress from a local store. The stitching with fine workmanship and the rushing is simply amazing. I would definitely purchase from this site again. If you are nervous about buying from here, don't be!

I ordered 2 dresses from dresswe.com, order number *******. They did not look or fit as described on the website.

I read the return policy carefully and followed their instructions. However, upon emailing them as they requested in order to obtain the shipping address, they made some new claim that they could only offer me a small percentage of the cost due to specially making this dress, that they are just the manufacturers. This violates their advertised policy which offers a full refund. This amounts to a scam.

I would appreciate appropriate resolution, refunding me fully for the order I placed. Otherwise I will have to take further action in litigation.

The dresses I purchased were just FABULOUS! Dresswe product is awesome and I tell all my friends about this webiste.

Due to the double layer it is not transparent. A perfect A-line cut to conceal existing pots. In our latitudes it is quite a summer dress. The delivery took place in the padded envelope, the delivery time shorter than predicted. I am more than satisfied for this low price.

I have been purchasing stuffs from Dresswe for a few months. Everything was pretty good, the products are always as described. Occasionally there was delay for the delivery but the customer service is very good, always respond within 12 hs. I once got a $10 coupon for a delayed delivery. Honestly the price is so good, most people would not really mind to wait!

Ordered a custom-made dress. Went to two seamstresses, who took my measurements. Emailed them with those measurements, and they responded with my size. I ordere the dress, and it did not fit. I emailed them, mentioning my dissatisfaction. They asked me to send pictures of the dress not fitting, which I did. They replied back saying "yes, it does look a little tight, but we only followed the measurements we received (remember, they were the one who suggested the size I should order, not me). We told them that we were seeking a full refund, and their response was "please reconsider this, because it will cost you too much in shipping, and if it comes back a second time, you would be responsible for those charges too). So much for "100% satisfaction". I would strongly encourage you to avoid this company when buying a dress. They send you the wrong size dress, and then they expect you to pay for their mistakes. Save your money and go elsewhere. Bad company. Bad customer service.

I was recommended to the site by a friend after terrible experiences with so many 'global' clothing sites. I was a bit skeptical about shopping here but OMG! I cannot think of shopping anywhere else. I mean I got the fastest shipment of my goods. The quality is amazing. The clothes look exactly like they do in the site. I am shook guys! Thank you so much and I will definitely be back.

My dress is amazing good price + good quality, highly recommended it.the only note that i had is, better to get one size smaller than your actual size i get size 16 but looks little bit fuzzy. Hope i get size 14 instead. But it looks gorgeous on me as all my family and friends said.

I was wondering how much it would cost to have 6 dresses made, one of them being a larger one.

My dress came exactly as the picture like I ordered, and fit well as it was ordered to my size. I'm pleased with the quality of the material and the dress in general. However the customer service I received was unsatisfactory. My order tab was never updated and I also had to message customer service for my order updates. I was told on one occasion my dress would be shipping within a week or so, and once the time frame came and passed I inquired as to why I had not recieved a shipping update message, and was told that they needed to know my deadline so they could ship it on time. So basically I was lied to about shipping the first time. I paid shipping 3 times on my order. Once when I first paid the order but 2 more times for international shipping which was not mentioned before purchasing. Customer service had timely replies but was sometimes untruthful and it was inconvenient having to message them everytime you wanted to know what stage your order was in. A great quality dress but less than average customer service. So buyer beware this website will cost you a lot of patience and time and some hidden fees.

Material turned out great and it is exactly what you see what you get. They did a great job. I will come here again if any other dresses were required.

Good site but the delivery was too slow, they could be faster. I bought a party dress and prepare to wear it on my brother's wedding, because of its low price, I was ready for dispointing on bad quality. But when I receive it, I was surprised to it's quality is quite good! And looks as pretty as it shows on site! But the delivery was too slow, I received it just the day of wedding. You can do better!
