You NEED to call your payment company and tell them you have been trying to contact the merchant in regards to an issue with your purchase but you cannot find anyway to contact them. Then discribe the to your payment company the issue with your purchase and say you want to file a dispute. Also tell them you researched the cost to return the item(s) and it ranges from $35 to $105+ through USPS ( do your own research, my figures or examples from So Cal). Your payment comapny should do the legword to get your refund.

How many days the items should be delivered? i'm waiting 1 and half month and still nothing!

I made two separate orders on the same day, I received one about 3 weeks after purchase and was very disappointed... I am still waiting on the other!

I want to return an item that is very small, even though i ordered an xl item #145170916. i am very disappointed and after reading so many reviews from other customers i am sorry i ordered from your company. i want a refund of the full amount i paid $ 17.86 my ticket # is t15112209202 for the hot pink tassel hem asymmetrical loose fitting t-shirt

I don't work for them, I don't want anything more to do with them. You need to raise a ticket with them and hope that they send you details on how to return it but I'm not holding much hope that they refund you because they made me several promises that they would refund it but in the end, PayPal refunded me the money, not these thieves.

Well it's my first time shopping with dresslilly. i ordered a red and black wig on 4/1/2016 and got standard shipping... it's been 10 days i have no tracking number and support says it's on its way it may take 10-45 days... but after reading all the reviews i'm honestly scared to death ima get ripped off as well now and that i've wasted $15.00... i hope not though i'm looking forward to my wig. so i can give a good review after..

To whom it may concern at dresslily, i placed an order on friday october 23rd. something did not feel right so i checked comments and reviews and was justified in my uneasy feelings about my order. i am sorry but the reviews were horrible and i am wanting to cancel and refund my money. my order is llp1510231733401434. please respond. thank you.

Good luck! I've tried to contact them via e-mail about my order that is now 6 weeks in shipping status(!), and they make it impossible to communicate with them. They keep saying my order number is wrong, and/or the verify code at the end of the form that you must enter is wrong. Despite many tries, it won't go through. They are quick to take your money, but then nothing!
