All you need to know is ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY IS A TERRIBLE IDEA. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. I suggest that EVERYONE do this to put them out of business.
I believe Dresslily is an oversees company that has many different online names, like Zaful.com. My friend ordered from Zaful.com and ran into the same issue I'm dealing with Dresslily.com. When we emailed customer service about our "lost" items, we received the exact same response. Which seems fishy since we ordered from different online sites. They are vague about the approximate date you will receive your items. (It's been over 45 days since I first ordered my products.) In my opinion, these online sites are a scam. I have requested a refund, which they offered "store credit" for. In no way do I want to continue to do business with this company and risk waiting an additional 45 days to "possibly" receive my items. Don't waste your time, money or temper on them.
Lisa... Cancel your credit card purchase with your credit card company ASAP don't even deal with dress Lily focus on canceling with credit card company. Dress Lily has no intention of sending you your order

The pictures are stolen off the legitimate designer's websites. Dresslilly then creates knock offs in China.
You will not get money back or be able to get ahold of them. Sorry, but you've joined the group of people taken by them. I never received my swimsuit or shirt I ordered in March, and after several months of hassle, ended up with no refund or items.
