I recently ordered the glass tear mirror on your website and am already starting to see the same pattern as many of these other reviews. I feel a little nervous about ordering from your site before having read many of these negative experiences. When looking at the Glass Tear Mirror on your site today, I see that there are only 9 left. Does that mean mine will be stuck in purgatory for months to come? Why is it that you can't give accurate shipping estimations? It seems like you're losing customers with the way you're conducting business - not to mention the many many complaints I've seen for Dot & Bo on the Better Business Bureau's website.

In the meantime, we're happy to help share how our ordering system and shipping estimates work.

When an order is placed online with us, payment is processed and your order is submitted. As we hand-pick special items from all over the world from different artists and designers, we coordinate shipping from a variety of locations. Each piece may ship separately and will have a unique shipping estimate (listed on the item's product page and in the order confirmation email).

Once an item is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. You may also check on the status of your order at your My Account > My Orders page at any time. Some items may not show a shipping update until they're closer to their estimated shipping window, but rest assured, we are still working on your order.

Following up on order 106454210, 7/13/19. Showing pending status Why does Dot & Bo not fulfill orders but then use their old customer data to start a new company? They such scammers! what companies would i have ordered from that dot & bo is involved with? is there another company that carries the pillows sold by dot&bo? Was interested in purchasing two chairs from Dot and Bo. They were upholstered in birds and bird egg fabric. Where can I but them now. Where is the inventory. Either charged me more than I agreed to on my credit card or the card company is charging me more than they should. Can find no emails nor paperwork w/the exact cost of the 2 items I ordered & received. They are much nicer than I expected, but it bothers me because I wouldn't have paid that much for them. I have an order that was delayed. I've already been charged and it was thousands of dollars. I got a message last week stating they've gone out of business. Will my money be refunded or will I be getting the desk I ordered? Hello, I was in the process of receiving a refund the same day that you closed business and I was in contact with staff member Craig. I have not received the refund or any support whatsoever after the afternoon of Sep 23rd. Please advise and refund my money. Thank you. I have a $22,000.00 commercial order with Dot & Bo.
