Hi, I have been waiting for my order to arrive and am now getting nervous. It's suppose to be here by tomorrow but no one can tell me where my item us and have said no on is on duty until 12 hours from now which means there is someone on duty at 3am? I have tried to call on the number on their website but it says the number isn't recognised. Can anyone help? I'm getting really worried about this order that I've spent a lot of money on!

Read the bad reviews and make them public. My wife had similar experience. If you paid by credit card and paid over£100 make a section 75 claim against your credit card company. All details on how to do it are online. Makes you wonder if all the good reviews are bogus.

Haha good luck they told me to sell it on eBay and wouldn't give me a returns address.
