I tried to reclaim the monies via my bank - no luck, i also complained to banking ombudsmen - no luck. don't know if it is worth going to citizens advice bureau? any advice would be welcomed.

Did anyone manage to get their money back after a bacs transfer?

Answer:

No never got a penny back the santander bank was not interested and i never heard anything from the fraud squad

Is this the uk digital-warehouse.co.uk?

Answer:

No success as yet. Have been in contact with CEO of Santander. Still getting the run around but no actual written refusal. I intend to involve the Ombudsman as I believe Santander to be negligent in opening the scammer's account.
