For your inquiry, if you receive an item that is not as described, you are given 7 days from when you received the item to open a dispute for your order. That way, you can formally request for a refund or replacement of the item you received. Opening a dispute will also prompt our system that there is an issue with your order, and will not release your payment to the seller until this has been resolved.
