Start with low prices, keep adding fees, don't complete work anywhere near on time. Project managers don't return calls and emails. Delivered a defective product that had a hacked plug in. Don't stand behind their work. I hired some other company to rebuild my hacked website. They will not cooperate in turning my website without additional fees over so I can get a competent hosting company. What a nightmare!

Red Flag Bro, not happy and disappointed. After a while they gonna put your website like hacked and blacklisted by google, I had to hire "ONEHOURFIX" to remove malware from the website, they asked me for $630 but I pay ONEHOURFIX $167.00

I definitely don't recommend them for family, friends or anyone.

They will promise the world, but deliver absolute trash! Plus they did not honor their "100% Guarantee" I paid thousands for a useless site. REAL AMATEUR HOUR!

Design Eminent is so awful I'm surprised they are still in business. The 100% money back guarantee? Never. They will never give it back. It's taken a year and a half of begging to get it finished. Once they have your money, you are at their mercy. I've been begging for the source code so I can have someone else maintain it, but... nothing. These people are con artists with a splashy website. Stay away!

Their great sales team talked me into a 2000$ full fledge package. All was supposed to be done in 10 days and 1 month later we are no step further. Constant lies and falls promises. Do not fall for that. I just hope that they at least stick to their promised money back guarantee otherwise I will take legal action.

Design Eminent is part of a string of fraudulent companies operating under the umbrella company Digitonics, based in Pakistan and investigated for money laundering and impersonating USPTO employees. Avoid this company like the plague. They are not a legit company - they prey on people who don't know anything about building websites. They over-promise, under-deliver and will charge you frequently for services.

After spending $2000 and more we realized this was going no where! Utterly a SCAM! We are still awaiting to be refunded after 3 months of waiting! We had to find another Company to pick up the slack! Extremely disappointing! Do not use this Company! I really don't know why they are still on Google?

Literally the worst experience I've ever had with an online company. Charged me $700 to build a website and then wanted more money to finish it! Wouldn't give me rights to the site without agreeing to pay more money, then they fraudulently charged my credit card! Be sure to look on the Better Business Bureau... this company has an F rating with a ton of complaints! Claim they exist in the United States... very doubtful. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Please don't believe any of the positive reviews here. They are crooks and will overcharge your credit card. They push their service on you and don't deliver anything. They'll keep charging your card till you either put a stop payment on it or cancel the card all together.
This company should be investigated and closed down!

The initial service was a little bumpy until I was given a new Project Manager, Daniel McKay. He and his team, Rachel and Danny, works very hard to ensure that you get what you requested. Daniel will work with you to understand what your needs are and then thoroughly communicates status updates on your project in a timely manner. Daniel has been very professional and the quality of he and his team's work is very good. While my project is not completed yet, I am convinced that he will not disappoint. I would strongly recommend him to oversee any project and complete it to your satisfaction.

I found this website design company and was excited to work with them, i should have read the reviews first because after a sales person talked me into purchasing a 600$ package they started to not respond to my chat messages as well as there phone number does not work its been over 24 hours after i made my payment and nobody has contacted me about my website or my payment... these people are scam artist do not work with them!

I just bought the pro plan on Design Eminent and started to build my website but having technical questions I asked help to their support team. They were amazing and very clear explaining how to go from an app to the other. I needed only 15 min instead of the one hour planned. For the price and features you won't find anywhere better. Highly recommend.

Please do not use this company. I'm not even sure if they are legitimately in the US. They got a hold of my credit card and just kept charging things that I never authorized. I blocked them and then they started charging under a different name. RUN from this company - they are as fake as they come.

Never produced anything for us despite charging and being paid for services! And when requesting refunds, no response. Do NOT use them!

WARNING: I signed a lifetime hosting contract with Design Eminent about three years ago for $2298. The contract entitles you to a 100% money back guarantee if you're not satisfied or do not wish to continue with them for whatsoever reasons, it also states this is a onetime fee that you are paying for. I couple of months ago the Company went into my Private Foundation checking account and took out hundreds of dollars without my consent, my Bank Fraud Department refunded me back the funds and had Design Eminent refund my money back. On 4/6/2021, I started receiving a text message without a name, only stating this is Design Eminent, and I needed to pay $750 to keep my website up, I refused; I then received phone calls from someone refusing to give me their name the next day soliciting me for the $750 payment; I refused to make a payment and my website started displaying a message (OOPS, That page can't be found). This has been one of my worst experiences with doing business with any Company ever. I will pursue civil action to the highest degree. Everyone beware of this Company (Design Eminent)!

I hired them to do a website for a nonprofit organization after they told me that it was 100% money back guarantee. They did not complete the work and refused to give me my money back, which stole money from kids in the hospital.

They want money beg for it and when you dont give it to them they threathen you. I paid for 10 years of maintenance and hosting and my site went down after a few months and they are calling and texting 100 times a day demanding more money or they will destroy my website

The website they were supposed to have made live more then 1 month ago is still not live and ano end in sight. The have the money but no or only very incompetent team to get things done. They are SUPER SLOW and very bad in executing even just rflecting super detailed feedback they cannot. TERRIBLE Do not fall for their seeling team, that's the only thing they can do and even when realising and offering them to withdraw the project from them as do not seem competent they rejected to give the money back, despite 100% money back guarantee. I will start involving my lawyer that seem to be the only way to deal with them unfortunately.

This group has taken more than 2000 dollars from for the purpose of developing and hosting an e-commerce website that they haven't done for a year now. They created some kind of demo as a means of luring my attention into believing they are working. Here's what they do:
1) They have same person who pretends to be different individuals. He will be assigned to your project and after a while, he will no longer respond to you. Whenever you call, he will feign some other voice and inform you that your project manager is sick or on some family leave. This will lead to your project being reassigned and thus causing delay. They really don't get to do the work during this process, and eventually, they'll stop talking to you all together.
2) They'll convince you to pay more money for what they will never offer which is why they have a demo to show you. In this way, they're very consistent with communication until they notice you have realized they're a fraud.

I wonder if this group has a physical address, but the fact the this is still having an online presence is a strong concern.
Any positive review here is a fraud. Get in mind that they do not respond to reviews like mine, which should bring to your attention what they are.
There's no need to be skeptical here, just avoid this criminal enterprise while we figure out how to legally get the off the internet.

Unfortunately my experience with Design Eminent was less that pleasant. At every turn of the logo design project I found myself arguing for them to uphold what the package I'd signed up for included. I had to argue for them to do design revisions on a "Professional Logo Design Package" that included "unlimited reviews." They tried to up charge me every time I spoke to them. Worst of all is they did not deliver when they said they would. Three times the missed deadlines that they set. One was crucial to our project and caused big issues. I had to call and email many times to get them to actually send over the deliverables. This is just a small portion of the issues we had.

I can not recommend them to anyone.

I did give them two stars because the logo we finally ended up with was good looking, but the amount of stress that it caused getting the logo wasn't worth it. I would choose a different company next time.

My experience with this company was HORRIBLE! They are monsters! I dealt with Josh # *******304. He was trying to scam me into using their coming to pay for copy rights to my logo design. He said I had to pay an extra $500. On top of the 1200 I had already given them to make my logo with a social media package and vector files.

Long story short, it was pulling teeth to get all the documents for my logo. When I told him I had used copyright.gov to get my logo done he was shocked and said I could only do it with them.

Excellent team of professionals. The entire process was easy and the timing was perfect.
Steven Clark took me under his wings and made the process so much easier. I appreciate his dedication and care.
