Trying to return an get my refund an having a hard time convincing the company I broke out around my eye an face was swollen, they have charged my checking account for 2bottles, vita eye, an DermaJuva which I am returning to them along with the free order which I paid 4.99, what should I do they owe me $190.00. I also filed with Bibb asked to speak to management they left me on hold for close to an hour but I waited. I also broke out terribly. So much for free samples I know there was never any fine print lost 200.00 dollars

I would keep demanding your money back! Tell them you want to talk to someone at the top. Threaten to call the BBB (better business bureau). After I got the free sample and I read all the bad things about this company charging people's accounts for product they didn't want I contacted my bank and cancelled my card so they can't charge me. I hope that this company gets reprimanded for their bad practices.
