Why is your company always on holiday?? When can I get into website to state that I am missing an item I paid for?? Can't access my account due to fact that company is on holiday,,,,

Why is your site always on holiday. I did not receive an item I ordered and I was told to contact them through their website to my account. However I can't get into their website as they are on holiday again and I am out the $20. I paid the more expensive shipping so I could track package. The package can with one item not two as ordered. Iit was clearly stated on package only one item was inside - plus the package was so small it could only contain one item. My order stated they were both shipped together. Help
Is this company still in business? I keep getting "under construction" when I try to connect
