I bought a tablet who started having problems very quickly almost without being used because it was pain in the as. Until it died. They had been 90 days and honestly not worth what it would cost to drive to the post office and ship it back. What irritated me the most they deleted the negative feedback i wrote on the site and they replied asking for photos and asking the same things. Do not waste your time and your money.

I have made several orders from Dealsmachine and the products always arrive in good condition within a reasonable time. They have various shipping options. The products I have bought include an MStar phone which turned out to be great, even though I had never heard of that brand before, and at a very good price.

I've had some minor issues on a couple of occasions, but their customer service always replies within 24 hours and have solved everything. I would happily use their site again.

I used this product with a street team awesome, for about three months! The challenge is the cost of the recurring mailing kills you. Maybe now several months later I can forgo the mail function and just get the owner info and handle my own marketing.

By the way we mailed several hundred owners through the App, ZERO RESPONSE!

Oh and once you cancel your account you lose all of the data! Why? I know because I know idiot business people, ego. If I pay for the data I expect to have access to it.

I decided to order the MJX X101 drone from dealsmachine! Not only did they hook me up with a great price relative to everyone else (in fact it was much cheaper than other companies), they also we're very helpful in getting the package shipped to me quickly, and had quick response time as regards to customer service! Product came in perfect condition as shown on the website!

Dealsmachine is one of my favourite sellers, through the years (4 or 5 i think) i buy mostly electronic devices (2 mobile phones, mp3 car player etc)
It is usually slightly cheaper than the competitors, the support is very good and friendly, when i had some problems with my purchases they always responded and refunded ASAP

I've bought from deals machine a couple of time and it was a good and honest transaction, it may take a while to receive your product since it ships from another country, but they do offer tracking and insurance so you will definitely get your item. Plus the DM points is a definite bonus. In less than 3 months ive spent about $70 bucks with DealsMachine and am planning to spend more because they have the Best Prices and just about every item you could look for, for sure,, Deal Machine is the Best! I tried this app for about 2 months. Really disappointed with it. The mailer templates were mediocre with little customization available. Basic plan was like $50/month and $1 per mailer. Bad customer service. Misleading auto-renewal features built in to charge you some extra $$$ and no refunds :)

After the review that I wrote on this site about my faulty tablet Honda, Dealsmachine decided to give me a refund realising my genuine complaint. I appreciate their prompt action and I'm very glad about the end of this unlucky purchase, I'd like to say a great thanks to this site and to Dealsmachine and to encourage other people to buy from this company. Very good quality/price and useful products.

I was recommended to Dealsmachine by my friend who had bought a few items, I decided on the Onda V919 Air Tablet, it took quite a while to get to me as it was out of stock, but Dealsmachine kept me up to date regularly and gave me a tracking number. When it arrived i was absolutely delighted, it was much better than I could have imagined - I can play Fallout New Vegas (Medium settings) very smoothly, something that I certainly didn't expect. For my first shopping experience, I cannot complain at all, thank you!

My favourite reseller from China. Very reliable, only ever had one issue and they gave a 100% store coupon, even though I deliberately skipped the shipping insurance.

Over the years, since 2012 when they were called AHappyDeal, I've bought 7 phone/tables from them. All but one are still working, in various forms (a watch phone did blow it's speaker after a year). I've also bought a lot of trinkets, Arduino shields and the like. Again, never had an issue.

I care about price... They are competitively cheap, but they are good to deal with.

I received my second order from Dealsmachine which was a ******* capacity power bank not only good and powerful but also 10 Dollars cheaper than other online sellers. As my first order everything went very well, item as described and delivery was faster only two weeks. I didn't expect to receive it before three to four weeks which is normal from china with flat rate shipment.
I do wish Dealsmachine all the best and success and I give five thumbs up.

This is one of the best websites to buy Chinese electronic goods especially the mobile phones. I have bought 10 times from them in last 15 months and have never ever had a problem. Not only are the products exactly as specified and of very good quality, they are also posted out extremely quickly resulting in a speedy delivery to the UK. Not to mention the gifts I have received in every parcel I got from them. Overall, this is certainly is a very reliable and genuine business. You can buy from them without any hesitation!

I would never buy from this company again, i have emailed them several times regarding a faulty product, they reply with a generated no reply email giving you a ticket number, then nothing else. They also give you a link to click on to see how your complaint is going, and clicking on it takes you to a none existing site. Very cross...

Better customer service returned phone as instructed and that was on June 19 2015 and have not herd a word sent several emails no help still no responce so no money and no phone. In response to original review I am getting my refund so I upgraded them to 3 stars they are getting better still very slow response time but they are trying

My new Redmi Note 2 was purchased at an amazing price and has performed perfectly since I got it. Dealsmachine support was very helpful with my questions and solved all problems for me quickly.

I chose the cheapest shipping option to reduce my overall cost and it took just as long as they described it would so I'm happy with my saving.

Have since purchased more items from them and will be purchasing more in the future.

A great catalog of tech items at great prices with reliable delivery and shipping. What more could you ask for?

I placed an order on 17/09/2015 for 19 items, order # D**************, I had written a unflattering review but since then they corrected the problem and refunded my missing items, their prices are great and ill continue to do business with them hoping no issues like this arise again. It is my second order from dealsmachine.com. I bought smartwatch phone. I choose standard shipping and received it quickly. Product is great, works excellent. The price of the items are cheap, but the build quality of the items was always high quality.
