When you purchase your first bid pack, they set up fake auctions that only you and maybe one other newbie sees and so it is just the two of you bidding (or maybe just you) on an item that no other bidders have access ($10 gift cards or 80 bid-pack), and then you win with ease. That is why they guarantee 100% refund on any new patron's FIRST BID PACK. Why only your first bid pack? Because they are so confident you will win something with your first purchase, because they let you win! You are falsely led to believe it is easy to win, and then you purchase your second, then a third, then a fourth, etc., etc., bid pack and won't win a thing. If you do get super lucky and win something, you most likely will end up having spent more, much more, than the item you won is worth. Dealdash even states this disclaimer in their "terms of use".

DEALDASH has had a class action lawsuit settled against them, and are being investigated by the Truth in Advertising Org., and have had numerous complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau.
