How do you meet contacts in the real world if you cant exchange addresses or telephones.

You cannot meet the contacts as they are not real. The whole purpose of the site is to keep you sending messages, messages that you have to pay for. It is just a scam site, out to make money. The "contacts" say whatever is needed for you to send another message.
