Have not been able to get on site after a while of non use. Forgot info and have tried to reactivate and can not re-join. Liked the site and would like to join but when i fill out info nothing happens, can you help?

I tried to sign up 3 (three!) times, and each time you forward my data to another dating site. When I try to sign in the next day, I keep getting "Unrecognized username or password" message. Are you guys for real?
