i heard lots of bad reviews about this site that is not what they described shipping policy is very slow and they never refund your money.
Is it all things are right?

Yes, worst customer services experience in my memory not worth any savings.

I placed an two orders for 3 precepts in December of 2014. It is now June of 2015 and I have never received the products or the requested refund.

They're crooks.

I purchased an item for $200.00 dollars. It didn't work properly and it was about 2 months I asked them if they would take it back. I paid for the postage because I waited so long to contact them. As soon as they received it, they credited my credit card account. Another item worked great one day and wouldn't work the next day. They told me to throw away the broken one and they promptly sent me a new one. And that item is still working. I have purchased quite a few items from them due to their customer service. Hope this helps.

Shipping can sometimes be really slow. There have been instances where we were refunded our money though, sometimes even while keeping the item!
