Crown Awards

I needed these awards done in a timely fashion. I saw this business on the internet so I decided to us them for this special occasion. I first spoke with someone on chat. I thought I had specified my order perfectly. I waited for over two weeks and nothing. So I called the first time. The person I spoke with assured me that the order would be done and sent out in a few days. Told me I would get a call from the artist. I waited, and waited, and waited and nothing. I called back and again, was told they were supposed to have contacted me with the artwork for my ok. I thought, well, must be hard with all that was going on, so I said I will email with a picture. You think they would get it right, right? Wrong, third call and was told they didn't have the order and could I please send them my artwork again. Another two calls and a month and a 1/2 later, I finally got the order. Wrong size. A $79.00 bill with a useless product. Very disappointed. I was able to find a shop in my local city and they got it right, the first time. I will be doing business with them again. As for these people, stay as far away as possible!. They don't care about customers as with the 5 calls it took and 3 emails and still got the order wrong. Really?

Wow! This is easy. I select my plaques, customize the wording, place the order, and BOOM! They arrive in a couple days.

Easy to use website. Extremely fast turnaround. High quality award. I was actually surprised at the quality.

We were delighted with the quality and beauty of the special glasses we ordered from Crown to give as a gift celebrating the retirement of a colleague after her decades of dedicated service. The glasses are perfect, particularly in regard to the key element of the engraved inscription. In these turbulent times it is a pleasure to see well-executed work done and delivered on time. We recommend Crown to all.

We shouldn't be charged tax. I submitted the tax exempt information last week but I wasn't able to place the order Thursday or Friday without tax charges showing up. I contacted customer service Friday and was told I would receive a call back right away. I still haven't received one. I had to go ahead and place the order this morning so we would get our medals in time for our event on the 27th. I was charged tax. We need the sales tax to be refunded.

Second year we are using this company for our pickleball tournament medals. They are great quality, low price and arrive very quick!

The awards received are top-notch.
They were delivered to the wrong door of my home without the delivery company notifying me of the delivery. Thankfully, this email prompted me to look for the delivery that I discovered this morning. While not a reflection on Crown Awards, this feedback needs to be shared with your vendor to improve their service experience.

Shopping experience was good. The only road block I had was when I wanted same award but just change background it was showing it still in my cart. This probably doesn't make sense to you.

Have only great things to say about our order with Crown. Turn around is so fast and even if I miss the email for confirmation of a product order, they call my mobile number to follow up. Awards look fantastic.

I was pleased to run across this site. We were able to purchase awards for our PTA at a fraction of the cost of awards purchased from the official PTA website. With the ability to customize each individual trophy and medal, these are perfect for our needs. Additionally, when our trophies and medals arrived, they were very nice looking and did not appear cheap. This is a great product.

I just needed a plate for a plaque. It was easy and affordable to order what I needed. Delivery time was very good and the plate was just as I ordered.

The site says FREE shipping, ground UPS, which I selected yet the site charged me. My order was over $100-We had to pay $10.99 for ground shipping

Crown Awards did great work!

My Grandpa passed away in January and my family rebuilt his favorite deer hunting stand in northern Michigan in his memory! The plaque I ordered will be hanging inside the stand for us to admire and reflect on when we deer hunt.

I provided my own custom artwork and the company cleaned up the edges and made it look crisp on the plaque.

There was a quick turnaround and a nice finished product.

I liked the website, it was really easy to use and there were a lot of options. But I didn't receive the blank plates that were suppose to be included with the perpetual plaque I ordered.

Pom was a difficult thing to find in the list of sports. I used a Google search to find it. But I'm glad you have it. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Would like to see a different variety for the 5 years of service pins and so on. Maybe one with a gem stone or something.
