We have Crave TV but with all the latest changes I can't find anything anymore - it was difficult enough before all the big changes!

Hi, I was wondering why they don't keep latest seasons of shows? I have been trying to watch New Amsterdam have season 1 and 2. Now they have season 5

So I turned off the playback of the program. The video has stopped. Why is the sound still playing? How the hell do I turn it off?
