want so much to order but reviews are bad . WHY?

Answer:
Super cheap items... I bought super "cute" curtains rods and they are made of plastic and all of them were broken. I have to super glue them to even use them. I bought black out curtains all sheer. I also purchased silverware and they bend just by eating ice cream... horrible will never buy from them again.
