I purchased a SEIKO watch from Cocomi on 2nd Oct 2015. A month ago it stopped working and a jeweller told me that it needs to be sent back to SEIKO for service and a new solar battery installed. This would cost me about $150. Apparently solar batteries should last at least 5 years so I'm disappointed in my purchase with you now. It does say on the warranty card that batteries are not covered but it would seem that perhaps this watch was in your stock for a long time before I bought it. The watch cost me $258 and I have been satisfied with it up until now. Would you be able to assist me to get this watch working again please? Lynne Prentice
