I bought a Beckett Slim Brief With Check Geo Print from them. The quality is worse than cheap $15 Chinese bags. The divider tab turned out to be made of leather substitute and began to peel off even when I had never used the briefcase. Think about it - new, never used with labels. The whole design does not stand up to any criticism, if I put my Lenovo think pad in my briefcase, then both side pockets open. From now on I will never buy the Coach brand - this is rubbish of the unworthy and 10 percent of the price paid.

I ordered a pendant necklace. When my item arrived, i opened it only to find some earrings instead of my necklace. Called them and was placed on hold forever. Decided to hang up and contact a different way and the person via Facebook told me i had already been taken care of. I'm pissed because no one apologized for this mistake that was on their behalf and the necklace was for a birthday party that i will now have to figure something else out. Then to tell me once i return the hidious earrings and they receive it i can get the correct item as if i wanna risk getting the wrong thing again. I literally hate this company and will never shop with Coach again. You would think someone would be reaching out being that you $#*!ed up and not me.

Coach outlet sells very cheaply made bags. I purchased a bag a little over a year ago for about $200 dollars and the leather is deteriorating on handle when ch exposed a plastic tubing in handle and Coach wants me to pay for repair. They are selling these knock off coach bags deceiving the public to believe that they are authentic coach. I could have purchased a cheaper brand for less money and better quality Coach…. Fix the damn bag for free

I ordered a pair of shoes from coach outlet that Ups marked as delivered. However, I never received them. I have video footage of the driver riding right past my house at the date and time he marked delivered. COACH OUTLET refused to refund me because ups marked the item delivered. Now I'm out of $120.00. I currently have a claim open trying to fight it, but I've had no luck so far.Both coach outlet and ups customer service is useless. I posted a video that my front door camera caught of the ups driver driving right by my house at the time he lied about delivering it. Check it out at gilberry13 on Instagram. I ordered a handbag online but it was never delivered... I have a Ring doorbell so I know that no delivery attempt was made. I contacted the Coach Outlet Customer Service & they said they would not refund my money because UPS said the item had been delivered. They would only issue a credit so I said just send me the item I ordered and they refused citing 'low inventory'.

Here's the last response I received:
We are terribly sorry you didn't receive your Kristy Shoulder Bag In Signature Canvas. Sadly, when a shipping courier marks an item as delivered, we are unable to issue a refund. We can reship the item or issue a merchandise card for it. Sadly, the item is too low in stock for a reshipment.
Incredibly bad customer service. I am now fighting the charge with my credit card company since Coach is being so unreasonable.

I purchased a pair of shoes, tore the first day that I wore it. I called customer service and they refused to take my shoe back or even try to help me. That does not make sense for a brand like this. And for this price shoes. Attached is a pic of the shoe worn once, as you can see the leather is opening completely. So unimpressive, it's fine if it's a mistake in this one shoe but not to want to help that's unheard of.

I am still waiting for my item to be shipped. I cannot get any help. I was told it's nothing that can be done because it's in the hands of USPS. My order keeps getting pushed back. It's pushed after the date it's supposed to be here. I'm still dealing with this problem, not to mention the customer service is not what you would expect. It's not worth the time or money supposedly saved. I'm still trying to get my package because I was told I cannot cancel. Avoid this company at all cost.

Every time I place an order with this site I experience an issue. Last problem that I had is when I try to add my new card for payment I can't put it in the system because expiration date is on my card is May 2029 and coach outlet doesn't have that option. They have 2028 and 2030 but not 1029. I called 7 times and asked them to fix the problem. One month later and nothing was done.

Oh yeah the minute i received my wallet that i order, then checked where it come from... chinese symbols. I knew it was fake. After a month zipper got broken, I even asked them if this is authentic they says yes! No wonder they are so cheap. Beware of imitations.

The customer service team was excellent, in spite of the long call wait time (maybe high call volume, due to covid). I had accidentally and typed the wrong email, it was corrected the same day. I placed my order on Monday 10/26 & received my package on Saturday 10/31. The craftmanship on the purse, is to perfection. It actually exceeded my expectations, due to all the bad reviews. However the item was exactly, how it was on the website. I will be shopping here again.

Very unprofessional cashier. Never did she ask if I wanted a copy of my receipt by email and emailed to the wrong person without confirming the email address, and so happened the receipt was emailed to the person that I purchased the bag as a Christmas gift to HER. She sees prices. Never again will I be going back. And I will share this to all my friends and people I know. Very upset.

I ordered a purse, they sent a different purse because the one I ordered was out of stock. Really!? I had to go out of my way to return product I didn't order. They received the purse back, I tracked it & they acknowledged receipt, but have yet to issue my refund. Called twice about my money and it seems the refund was never processed. The 1st call said it takes 7-10 days for a refund. The 2nd call today said 14 days. Which lie is true? So now I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a mess.

I purchase a pair of coach slides. First it took forever to receive them. Open box and guess what? Two left shoes. They called the store that shipped the shoes in(Las Vegas) and they tells them, they only have a size 8 in stock. So that means someone received two right shoes. Damn dummies...

Then I received another pair I've ordered (different shoe) and can't get my foot in the shoe. I wear a size 9. Not true to size. Coach outlet is a joke.

Saw an Instagram ad and decided to try Coach Outlet online ordering platform. Waited several days to get the complete wrong shoe. They now have my money and instead of offering customer service and sending the correct shoe ASAP, they say I first have to send their product back which will take several more days... then they will ship out the correct product (several more days). I only pray they get it right this time. I won't order again. I've attached photos below of what I ordered vs what I received.

Sent the wrong item and had poor resolution option. They require you to drop off wrong item received to UPS and only then will they ship out the correct item to you. Would not even allow to have UPS pick up as an option. They would inconvenience you to spend your time and resources to print out a return slip, drive to UPS on your own free time and drop off an item that was their mistake in the first place. You risk the item you purchased going out of stock if you don't do this in a timely manner. This is not the right way to treat customers.

What a bad experience. I return by Mail 3 items in one box and they processed just two of them. That's mean they literally stole one bag $130. Of course I called and emailed them but answer is the same I return just two items. I give you friendly advice, when you return by Mail take pictures and video and if you find yourself in same situation you can to prove what you put in the box. Garbage business coach outlet.

BUYER BEWARE! This company will sell you items that are on sale that they don't have in stock. They tie up your money for up to 16 days before they deliver! Their terms for delayed shipping are vague at best. They will not produce at tracking number for over 5 business days with no answer to where you product is. They will not refund your money, modify or cancel the order! You just have to sit and wait until they decide to ship you the product! Poor customer service!

I ordered a bag and a wallet. I got the wallet but not the bag. And also they are not what its looked like in the picture. The picture is original but they will sent you a fake one. Very disappointed. I tried to email them but no responds.

Purchased a pair of Sutton boots in October 2020 and paid $245 and maybe wore them 7 times. The soles on both boots are cracking. One boot severely. When I called for a repair they told me there is no warranty and are not covered. When you pay that kind of money for boots you'd think they would be of quality. I purchased a different pair 10 yrs ago and they are my favorite boots and just had them resoled last year.
Very disappointed in the quality of this pair.
Won't be buying coach boots any longer as they don't back their products.

There was no indication on their website or in my email order confirmations that I would be charged in USD, nor did I authorize this at any point. I was therefore very surprised to be charged almost 40% more than I anticipated. When I called customer service, they admitted that this is a known and ongoing problem. They're knowingly engaging in unlawful and malicious sales practices in Canada.

1. They claim 7-10 day delivery BEFORE you order.
2. Once they have your cash they announce because of_______(enter excuse here) it might be late.
3. No chat or email or text function to inquire.
4. They LIE and claim something is shipped and give an unregistered tracking number.
5. Each day their site will tell you that your order will be there the next day, and then the next day...

I ordered a black wallet as a Christmas gift for my grandson. First of all he received the wallet late. Secondly, once it was received
It was there wrong item! They sent a tiny red credit card holder!
I called Customer Service several times daily for over a week. I did not get thru!
I was trying to make them aware of this error before we sent it back!
I stood on the line waiting for someone to answer over 1 hour and 37 minutes each time I called!
I still wasn't able to speak with anyone!
I finally began emailing them consistently!
Unfortunately, I still have not spoken to anyone nor have I received a response to my many emails!
Utterly ridiculous!
Do you self a favor and by pass unnecessary stress and agitation!

Tip for consumers:
There's an extremely high possibility you will receive the wrong item! It should also be considered you will not be able to speak with anyone to address it! There's enough issues in life to deal with! DO YOUSELF A FAVOR!! Don't Make This One!!

Ordered 2 purses a whole month before Christmas. Not only did they never arrive, but there is NO tracking number, NO updates and NO communication. Silence. They sure took our money with no problem though. I commented on social media about the poor service and was called three times and yelled at by a Coach rep named Stacey, calling me a "liar" She called 3 times from bogus numbers and harassed us. Shame on Coach for the awful treatment of customers and lack of follow-through. We are done with this sub-par brand. Cant add a photo of items we never received.

Do not use Coach or Coachoutlet.com Ordered 2 purses a whole month before Christmas. Not only did they never arrive, but there is NO tracking number, NO updates and NO communication. Silence. They have no problem taking your money however. Very disappointing.

Can't return to nearby Coach store. Can't find out value from Coach or Coach Outlet customer service from gift receipt on the phone. Can mail back at my expense but without known value is it worth it. Customer service did say I could get it cleaned at a Coach store, thought that was inappropriate. No outlet store near me. If you don't believe this review just call Coach Outlet or Store and get their policy.
