why does this website not offer refunds to people who find it useless within days of making payment???

We are unable to offer you a refund as you have accessed your premium member features.
Members only need to pay when they wish to read a message or send a message.
Every other service on Co-ParentMatch.com is free, i. E. it is free to join, free to add a profile, free to search for profiles, free to use the matching service. You only pay when you want to contact a potential match.
