You have to pay $2 to contact an expert after hours REALLY? Haha

It's easy to get ahold of them but they don't have access or knowledge of your winnings or when you will receive payment. I actually found them extremely rude once I was no longer paying the monthly fees. Their is no supervisor to help if the person your dealing with is rude or can't answer a question.
This is a complete ripoff.
