I was persuaded by HelpDesk National`s security warnings and sales tatics to pay for their service in the amount of $202.00. The purchase order was emailed to me by Click Bank showing HelpDesk as the vendor. Much to my surprise after posting what happened here on site jabber the fee for this transaction was refunded to me. HelpDesk tried to persuade me to pay the fee again blaming it on a `Visa technical glitch` Click Bank acted as the payment gateway for HelpDesk National to charge its customers. I don`t know why but I did receive a refund and will never again fall for this scheme again.

Well, I asked for my money be refunded to me right after they were trying to install my 2 drivers... I noticed that they were doing more than installing the Drivers and disconnected from the person that ruined my Hard Drive. Luckily Best Buy took it back and gave me a new Compiter... They credited my account back the $29.95 to my Bank Card in about 3-4 days... I wish you the best of luck...
