How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at CJS-CDKEYS?

Extremely poor and slow, I've been emailing for three weeks and still no resolution to a faulty key problem.

Impossible unless they are willing to respond. Even after multiple requests and emails. Just total silence and ignoring. The scam is start to show now.

Easy to contact them but they are extremely unhelpful to the point of being obstructive. To begin with I was getting responses every few days but now I'm lucky if I hear from them once a week. I'm still trying to get a refund for non working codes over a month after I first contacted them.

Impossible. You submit a ticket and are only allowed one ticket per issue. No one responds with any degree of usefulness.

Very difficult to get a hold of. I keep trying but they continue to leave my query open and do not provide any semblance of a supportive answer

Tech support responded within 6 minutes to my ticket. Issue resolved within a few hours

Sending a ticket is easy however sometimes you get different members of the team answering the question with differing answers which can be confusing

They are impossible to talk to. SCAM COMPANY, you won't get a refund, they constantly ignore you

Actually, they were easy to reach, and very helpful; right up to where I requested a refund. Now they've gone "radio silence"
