Hi, I placed and order 7 days ago. Just now I found out my order had been canceled. When will I see my funds returned to my account?

when buying a shotgun does it ship to house or does it have to be sent to ffl dealer in tn?
I ordered two pistols and only received one tracking number for both items. Today I checked my order status through tracking number and said it was delivered and signed for. The problem is that I only got one of the the 2 pistols. If they were shipped separately why did I Not get two different tracking numbers? When ordering 2 pistols will they be shippes separately?
How can i track my order if i ordered on the phone
Will i ever see my refund if they canceled my order?
