Question:

If i was assured they got their payment and my merchandise was on it's way, they would never have received most of those communications they count as harassment, if anyone was suspicious, it was them, as i sent information refuting a money order i sent was suspicious, but as soon as i emailed them banking information to prove that it was legitimate, they no longer had the check in hand, did they think they were going to pass a ''fraudulent'' money order through the bank? i've never had any business get so annoyed by a customer trying to make sure the payment was received and the merchandise was on it's way, maybe if i did't care i would have made a better customer!

Answer:

It is standard practice for companies to hold money orders for a full week to clear, that is if they take the risk of accepting them at all. Most companies do not accept money orders because we are frequently warned that they are extremely high risk. We're sorry that sticking to this very common practice of waiting to clear it with our bank upset you but find it a ridiculous reason to attack our company 9 months after the occurrence, at time which just so happened to be while we were on company vacation. There is no way we are giving you any form of reparations for refusing to take your money.
