Ordered an iphone5s in June 2015. The iphone is not working right out of the box. It gives blue screens and keeps restarting. It was sold as NEW. But the staff at apple store checked the IMEI number and told me it is a USED phone. They sell USED phones not NEW.

There's something fishy about this web based cell phone company. My phone came used as well, and they never ship me the missing part of it, which is the S pen.
When I call the guy is willing to spend hours arguing with me over the phone, telling me the company will take me to court because I write reviews about them online.
Thank God my phone is working well for now, but I don't have manufacturer's one year warranty and I had to pay ordering the S pen through Amazon. Good luck man!
