Question:

I sent in a new condition Dell inspiron 3541, with extra memory and recovery disks. Worth at least what was quoted(285)after waiting 6 days after they received they email me back a quote of 45.00. I dont accept that and want my laptop back. How do I go about this.

You have to call them and or email them demanding your item back. You can also file a complaint with the BBB. Hope that helps!
