There is none. Go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Then seek out local media.

Agreed with the above answer: care.com did the same thing to me. They charged me for a month but didn't publish my job. They would not refund me and instead asked me to pay MORE! Now it looks like my records of payment have disappeared from their app though I have my bank statements showing they took my money of course. I will be filing a complaint also.
