My own experience was bad I'm not sure others experiences, but as I was waiting for a month to get paid for the gift cards I sent in, I was reading the reviews and some of them were almost exactly the same experience I was having. Also, they never sent me my cards back and it's been over a month.

You know I just don't understand why my experience worked out so great. But they do have my debit card on file so maybe things could change. I'm not fake but like I said in my review is maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones OR the negative reviews are put up by their competitors? If it's possible I'll talk by phone to anybody who asks and not to praise Cardpool but only to tell you my experience. These reviews make it look like their selective scammers.

Listen, let me tell you that NONE of the positive reviews here are real. This site is a complete scam. I have filed a brief with the CA Attorney's General to hopefully get my money back. be forewarned folks!

In my case I mailed in a gift card in exchange for an amazon gc and have yet to receive it. They claim they never received it although I used the pre-printed mailing slip from their own site, and included their own packing slip that I printed from their site that had my name, address and transaction number. So, basically they keep the card you send in and NEVER send you the card they promised. That's the reason for my bad review.

The problem with them is they are able to continue doing people dirty and not being shut down. They are able to get away with this because they can..

Looks to me like carpool leader/s are organizing "positive" reviews. That is: blaming the customer because customer is stupid. It's a wonder that this site is still open. Bets advice is to spend your money wisely.

It's a scam. Most everything they tell you is a lie. You may even lose your money.

I often wondered about the bad reviews. I have only purchased cards (over 20 of them) and I have never had any problems. I always received an e-mail confirmation, the cards arrived quickly and were always for the correct amount. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

My problem was with purchasing cards, not selling anything. The horror stories are right but I see some (few) have not had problems.

I haven't any idea. As far as problems selling I'm guessing the people selling aren't verifying the amount they have and end up inputting the wrong amount. As far as problems buying it' anybody guess. I was actually surprised how fast I received the email code considering I did it on New Years Day. I just today used my Amazon trade in to buy an X BOX One Elite. But ALL of the gift card places have massive bad reviews. There is actually one review site that had mostly positives.
