Why was Cardcash given an "F" from the Better Business Bureau and its membership actually revoked?

Thanks for bringing up the CardCash BBB rating, we appreciate the opportunity to explain why we have this rating.

A few months ago we got into a dispute with a seller who defrauded us. We decided to take this matter to court rather than simply resolve the complaint that seller filed with the BBB.

As this complaint remains open while the case is adjudicated, the BBB has downgraded our rating.

Once this matter is resolved we expect our rating to more accurately reflect our commitment to excellent customer service and business practices.

It's not a surprise. They are a terrible company. If you make a purchase and the gift card ends up having 0$ chances are they will claim you used it and are lying. Don't waste your time purchasing from them. I reported them to the BBB myself. Not only did I have a terrible experience but so did a friend of mine. We each made 1 purchase and 1 only. My order got canceled but they still took my money from my paypal. My friend received a gift card that had a 0$ balance that's as suppose to have $200 on it.

More questions about CardCash

ARE YOU LEGITIMATE. I'M DISSAPOINTED MY CARD WAS DECLINED WHEN I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO HAVE PURCHASE COVERED. I need to know why my card was declined when I have deposited $116.00 on May 30 and 31, 2018. I applied for card 5/30/18 and scanned as requested. WHAT HAPPENED TO $116.00 I DEPOSITED IN MY CASH CARD. IT WAS DECLINED DUE TO NO FUNDS? is there any recourse if I buy a card that is suppose to have a certain balance, and it turns out that the card does not have the correct balance? I have never used cardcash before and I am trying to decide if I should use it I bought a $50.00 chic filet card and when I received it I checked the balance and there was a 50.00 balance on the card. Since I had full possession of the card and checked the balance when I received the card, I figured the card was good at any time. I went to use the card and the clerk at chic fil-a said there was no balance on the card. How can that be? It was good the day I received it and now it is no good. These cards have no experation date. I have not yet ever made a purchase and am skeptical. Why are so many cards reportedly carrying a $0 balance once purchased? Are people able to sell them to these sites, and then spend them online anyway if they have written down/taken a picture of all the needed #s? I just lost 450$ because my gift card was used on the day I received it! That's insane because I have never been to Chicago and it was used in store in Chicago. Since it has not passed 45 days, will I get a refund? how long does it take to receive a check in the mail once a gift card is sold to you? thank you What is with all these negative reviews? I am looking to purchase multiple cards but hesitate due to the reviews. If I purchase an ecard for a store like Dunkin Donuts, can I add the balance on the ecard to my DD rewards card?
