Wearing a nice cup always serves as an additional thing the outfit. Of course it also helps people to hide head from the scorching sun in summer, it's primary purpose of wearing a cap, I guess. This website is cool for those having a stake in buying tons of caps and the prices are rather tasty.

I placed an order two weeks ago and have been following up to see why it hasn't dispatched I was told that they need to cancel the order and resubmit it and it will take another o e and a half weeks to deliver it to Florida. And get this that's if they have it in stock. If I didn't chase them I wouldn't get this information I can't believe they run such a sloppy operation Find another supplier who tells you upfront we don't hold stock, have no idea of stock levels and will take weeks to process your order

I've had the pleasure of working with Nora over the past couple of years. We've dealt with shortages, partial orders, and back orders together. I could not have asked for a better customer service representative to have contact with for these issues. All orders placed have been completed without any problems, even the ones that were estimated for 2-4 months out to ship arrived on or before estimated dates. As a small business, we rely on companies like this to help us grow and greatly appreciate the product and service you provide.

I worked with Lisette on this order and had positive experiences start to finish. Our communication regarding the art design, modifications, billing, and shipping were all easy and clear, and I was relieved not to have to send any reminders about my order or run too close to my event deadline. All three times I have ordered from this distributor I've had at least part or all of my order cancelled because items are either out of stock or discontinued. They don't keep their product offerings up to date and have discontinued items posted until there's an order they can't fulfill. There are much more reputable dealers who actually have a grip on their inventory and supply chain. Three strikes and you're out.

I purchased hats from this site to use as gifts for a wedding party, parents, and close friends. The price was great, as I shopped around and compared various criteria on the specific hat (Richardson 112) and the blank design. One reason I settled on this site was that nowhere did it indicate the hats were out of stock or back ordered, and the support person confirmed the items were in stock.
I received the invoice for my purchase 4 days later, and it now indicates that these items are back ordered and expected at the end of July 2022. So now I'm waiting nearly 4 months to receive the items I purchased after being misled.

I won't be initiating a return, as other places won't let you order the specific design because they're out of stock, and this doesn't impact my timeline for completion of the gifts, but it is very disappointing that the site lacked any information about the status especially when giving an estimated shipment date and timelines as if everything was normal. I understand the supply chain issues we're facing but it's important to customers to exhibit transparency.
Still a great price and I'll be happy once they arrive.

Tip for consumers:
Before you order any quantity of items, contact a human being and have them check, then double check inventory before purchasing unless you don't mind a 4+ month wait.

AWFUL customer service. I actually had a woman lie to me several times in a phone call about my order... it was so odd! The main one about a delivery date? As if i wouldn't notice them not arriving? I had emailed twice prior to calling days before and even got a partial response that was never fully responded to after my last email. Again very odd.
The products have always been fine and i will continue to use them b/c they carry particular products i cant find all together elsewhere i just now know if i have a question or problem it wont get answered or helped honestly.

Only reason I don't Give 5 is because of some styles listed that aren't in stock. I would prefer listing only items that are in stock without having to check. Otherwise customer service is great with affordable prices.

I originally ordered customized hats for our landscape crews from CapWholesalers more than a year ago, and since then reordered multiple times. So many choices, but once we settled on our choices, the ordering process was easy, as well as the customization process. The cap staff were professional and easy to work with choosing logo placements and colors of thread. Since the original order we added a 2nd color hat and they emailed me to merge our orders for better pricing. Lisette and Donna are amazing in their jobs.

Placed order April 13th 2022 for multiple otto brand foam truckers totaling $692.94.

A few business days later I receive email stating one of the items was not charge due to out of stock issue. That is fine. We understand the supply chain right now as we own a storefront and embroidery shop. All we expect is CLEAR communication and timely shipments.

April 26th Nora contacted me stating the hats would ship within 4 days blaming covid, and staff shortages, etc. Okay fine at this point 4 days is okay as I run a business and understand not everything runs like Amazon.

The next contact after multiple emails at this point was May 4th by Alexis stating they will ship this week and again blames all the issues going on. At this point I am frustrated as these hats are for a client and I am to a small team and can embroider these hats by now and we are stretching the deadline by a bit. Also I am realizing at this point that they are not in control of the warehouses that actually ship the items because if they were they would handle this shipment as a priority.

So fast forward once again no shipment that week I call them on Tuesday May 10th (almost a month since order date for blank hats) and I talk to Lisa at this point I am actually beyond upset and annoyed with there service. Lisa states that she talked to the warehouse manage are there California location, at this point I am full knowing this company is just a sales company and just drop ships the orders through the manufacturers. I state on the phone call you mean "Ottos warehouse" and she straight up tells me it was there warehouse and then laughed at me for acting like I know there business. I said well if it is your warehouse why cant you call them and prioritize a shipment for blank hats for a customer thats been waiting a month. She says its not that easy and it doesn't work like that. It actually is that easy if it's your warehouse to pack a order and print a shipping label. Fast forward to today May 13th where I finally receive tracking information of course from Ontario, California (where Otto is located after a quick google search) where the tracking shows the hats arriving May 17th (over a month from order date) which is unacceptable to most people ordering bulk hats knowing they need them for events, embroidery clients, etc. I am more upset with the fact this company straight up lied to me about owning the warehouses instead of being transparent in there drop shipment business model. Not only that they said they get 1,000's of orders a day and used that as one of the excuses when I had a separate order I placed 2 days after this one which I also still haven't received, and the invoices were only a little over 100 apart meaning they get like 75 orders a day. Thinking your customers are dumb is a bad look and lying to them is a worse look. Do not order from this company if you have any sort of deadline or expectation.

Tip for consumers:
If you need headwear in reasonable time (ie have your own clients for embroidery shops or events) do not order! Took over a month to receive.

After several weeks and two orders, this company failed to ship our order at the same time which has caused massive confusion with our freight company. This has been the most time consuming order for blank hats to which I had to cancel because of the lack of communication. Today I spoke with the owner Joelle. Unfortunately, she kept saying where she saw the communication but could not tell me which email. She kept blaming their lack of communication on me. The end of the conversation ended by her saying loose our number and never call back while she hung up on me.

Wish I'd read the fine print before wasting $43.95 for 2 hats. Who in this day and age doesn't accept returns or exchanges for unused product? Terrible!

This website is a complete ripoff. I gave them my logo, which I have never had an issue with embroidering on any hat. First off, they could not re-produce my logo on the hats I wanted. Took two weeks for them to even send me "sample" through email. Also, they will not cancel my order and I have to pay $98.05 for something I have NEVER EVEN RECIEVED! These people are crooks. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

We ordered a couple of dozen trucker hats for a golf outing. CapWholesalers has a huge selection to choose from and Lisa was extremely helpful.

I ordered $500 worth of 'performance material' hats with the intention of 3 larger immediate follow up orders. The hats arrived and after a single light use, it was discolored. This was odd, so I ran a follow up test by running it under pure water, and letting it dry over night. The picture below shows the discoloration from WATER after it was fully dried. When I asked how we could resolve this issue Joelle told me to find another hat supplier. Apparently it's unreasonable to expect a hat to not be discolored by pure water. Disappointed in the deceptive product description, but much more so in the customer service.

It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with this company. The art of customer service is not lost on them and they really make you feel as if you are the most important customer they have. Always quick to respond to questions or reach out with updates on shipping etc. It is refreshing to do business with a company so focused on pleasing their customers and it is the reason why we will continue to do business with them hopefully forever.

I didn't complete my purchase with PayPal because I stumbled across two negative reviews of the business. I received an email with a customer service number, spoke to someone immediately, and decided to complete my purchase.

My shipment will arrive in a couple of days and I'm pleased that the team was so responsive in processing the details. I'll be back to change my review if the products aren't in good shape and/or don't arrive on time.
