At the top right of the REVIEWS page is an orange box that reads EDIT REVIEW. Click on that.
Go to your profile and find where you left the rating. Click on "edit" and you can either add additional information to what you posted before and increase the rating or else just delete the contents of your initial rating and type a new one. They also sent me new canvases as well. Exceptional customer service and correspondence to say the least. Hope this helps!
