How can they call themselves Canada Petcare when they have nothing to do with Canada? This is a total scam! I ordered the pet meds almost 3weeks ago. I phoned and the "Chinese" guy said they were coming from Australia and not to worry. I made a mistake on my first order (the dog weight) and I called immediately-no answer. I phoned the next day and the Chinese guy said it had already been shipped. So I ordered the right size and received it in less than 10 days. Guess where it was sent from! Germany! So now I'm waiting for the first order. Wish me luck returning it to Canada or Australia or Germany. OMG!
