A friend of mine who lives in Canada purchased a gift from Cafe Press for my birthday and had it shipped to me in the greatest country on earth - the USA. The item was promptly delivered in perfect condition. My friend was a bit off on the size so I inquired about an exchange with customer support. The service was outstanding. They quickly made everything right at no extra charge. I can't say enough good things about this online purchase experience!
I ordered three hats with different sayings on them. Too high above the brim putting the words on the top of my head. I'm tall, nobody can see it. They misrepresent products. I ordered a round Christmas ornament with the assumption that it would be spherical. I called the company's customer service and specifically asked about the item whether it was a sphere or a flat circle because the description was ambiguous. They said it is a sphere. It just arrived and it is a 2D circle. They flatly lied to me and I wasted money on expedited shipping to get a low quality underwhelming product.
I ordered two hoodies on the Cafepress site.
They arrived in a week, all right. However, the quality is low.
The print is very dull, nothing compared to the colors and the look on the pictures on the site.
The fabric is not thick, and there is a lot of dangling thread.

I designed a onesie online and had it all centered and nice. Immediately after making the purchase I received an email and noticed the writing was off-center. I notified them within minutes and they said there wasn't anything they could do, just give me a refund if it's wrong. It showed up wrong of course, we both could've saved a lot of time and I still had to pay for shipping, just absurd.

I boycott CafePress and encourage you to do the same. They are selling stickers of sloths saying "Im gonna kill your family". We need to promote peace, love and tolerance in the these times of children being murdered by gun toting unhealthy people.

Refunded me only ~2/3 of my cost after numerous emails. Stay away.
And they'll send you daily promotional emails for more (shoddy?) stuff and make it difficult to unsubscribe.
I ordered some items from cafepress. One was a hoodie with a photo and some wording. It arrived with the photos and words already starting to peel off and some spots already peeled off on the photo. The two other shirts I purchased are not peeling, but I am still unimpressed with the quality. The two pillowcases I am happy with. I'm still awaiting two more items. For the amount I spent even with coupons I expected better quality. I will not be purchasing anything else from them in the future.

Do not order from this company. Unless you really do not care when your packages arrive. Or even if they arrive. No customer service to help you. I paid an extra $20 for expedited shipping. It's September 7th and they said it would be there September 8th and the post office doesn't even have it yet. This company is not going to help you and will blame the post office. Shop somewhere else!

I carefully chose and ordered two magnets for my sparkley new 2023 Honda CR-V... both related to my passion for spaying, neutering and pet adoption. Both are such poor quality that I imagine they'll end up in the trash and never on my vehicle. The printing is blurry, the color of the print is not vivid (an understatement), and it is not even centered. Imo a complete and total waste of time and money

Update: the marketer responded quickly, but the solution didn't leave me warm and fuzzy. The simply don't have the ability to pump up the graphics, although they took a shot at it. For that reason, I'm leaving the review at 4 stars: three stars for quality, one star for the fast reply.
I may return and add stars depending on how Cafe Press handles my inquiry. I ordered a baseball cap with a custom logo. The cap that arrived is made of very nice fabric, and construction appears good. The artwork is not representation of "custom" quality, however. I'm happy to pay a premium price for a premium item, but what I received doesn't reach the level of premium as the logo is not bright at all, is a bit too small and the anchor is completely washed out. Leaves me to wonder if there's a quality control person at the end of the process? In the image below, the cap on the left is what one sees on the website, the cap on the right is what I received. The colors are all washed out. Probably trying to save on the ink budget... the white cap demonstrates how the colors can pop - and should pop, even in a beige cap. I've challenged the company to build me a better cap, - we'll see how they do.
I bought some "Team Buffy" pants for my daughter but they look like the cheapest materials have been thrown together by a child. So poorly made I would be embarrassed to give them. I'm shocked and feel totally ripped off! They cost £22 incl postage but they would be over priced if they were free.

From Canada, I ordered 4 large ciao bella mugs, all of which arrived in perfect condition the day before expected delivery. The mugs were carefully packaged, each individually. I had to pay no extra charges such as border tax.
Ordered a license plate frame and it arrived in pieces. There was no packaging or protection around it; just a cardboard envelope. It was literally broken in half and bent and they magnanimously told me I could keep it! Totally unusable. I got refund though not sure it was the right amount. Won't ever use this company again and don't think anyone should.
At the $65 price each, I thought I would be receiving a couple really nice shower curtains. One came very blurry and pixelated. The other less blurry but you can see text imposed on it. Actual letters! Hello, quality control, anyone there?!?! I'll be watching my bank account too, given some of these reviews. I should have skipped this site.

Ordered a license plate from with my squadron insignia on it. Biggest piece of crap I've ever seen! Not even going to put it on my truck. It's a $#*!ty printed sticker on a cheap Chinese frame. Looks like it would fade instantly if the sticker didn't fall off first
I ordered a high voltage license plate for my truck, what I got was not like what was advertised. The print was small and not like the advertised plate. Looks stupid. Will not buy from Cafe press again. I would find somewhere else. Top pick was advertised, bottom is what I got.

I'm Ukrainian gifts they sell content that promotes genocide of Ukrainians. Highly insensitive content. As a Ukrainian seeing those symbols I'm simply appalled.
The dish towels are poor quality. They have massive stitching all the way around. I have never seen anything so poorly made. I will cut them up into pieces to use as floor rags. But not sure they qualify. Don't buy them. Total junk.
Ordered a coffee cup and they painted over my picture. Customer service couldn't see the problem. Would you pay almost $30 for this cup? UPDATE: The company contacted me and sent me a replacement free of charge and told me to keep the original. With that I have to increase my rating and thank them.
Ordered a shirt, which took longer to arrive than they'd promised, and half of the graphic was missing. The eog has no ear or nose. They were full of excuses--Not one apology for lack of quality, ruining my gift, inconveniencing me by making me quickly shop for another gift due to their failure. Nope--nothing. But they did agree to send me another shirt. Well, they showed me who was boss. This replacement shirt was even worse. I could not even take a picture of the second one because there was virtually no ink on the shirt to take a picture of.
